Instagram Star The Fat Jewish Lists Miami Shores Home for $4.25M

Ostrovsky, who gained fame with his comedic and entrepreneurial ventures—including the successful White Girl Rosé brand—has decided to move on from his Miami property. The mid-century modern home, located at 500 NE 96th Street, was originally built in 1950 by architect Joseph J. DeBrita, known for his work on Miami Beach’s now-demolished Georgian Hotel.

The residence, known as the Panorama House, occupies a half-acre corner lot and boasts five bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms. The two-story home features a main bedroom suite with a spa-like bath, a chef’s kitchen with terrazzo flooring, a family room, and a versatile flex space that could serve as an office or gym. Additionally, there is a separate guest suite.

The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a hexagon-shaped loggia with an outdoor kitchen and grill, overlooking a pool and landscaped gardens. The property also offers ample space that could accommodate a tennis or pickleball court.

Ostrovsky, who recently moved to Europe, is reportedly seeking to rent rather than own. According to George Burns of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, who is co-listing the property with David Pullman, Ostrovsky’s decision is influenced by the complexities of homeownership, particularly the maintenance involved.
