A Miami woman was arrested Tuesday after using a GPS tracking device to stalk the mistress of her friend’s husband, according to a report. Lourdes Garcia Mesquida, 53, found out her friend’s husband was cheating and decided to investigate, resulting in unlawful actions. On September 14, Mesquida displayed strange behavior as she loitered near a white Chevrolet owned by the mistress.
