On October 17, Southwest Airlines Flight #1989 from Nashville to Miami transformed into a surprise concert venue featuring GRAMMY Award-winning songwriter Liz Rose. Rose, known for her collaborations with Taylor Swift, was en route to see her songs performed live at Swift’s Miami concert. This flight marked the 100th event of the airline’s signature Live at 35 program, which has been delivering live music performances onboard since 2011.

During the flight, Rose engaged passengers by performing popular hits she co-wrote, including “All Too Well” and “You Belong with Me.” Enthusiastic customers sang along and participated by holding up heart hands throughout the performance.
