DAVIE, Fla. – Authorities are investigating after they said a woman was shot in the head while driving a black SUV on Interstate 595 in Davie near the Hiatus Road exit Friday night.
The shooting occurred just before 8 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the busy South Florida highway.
First responders found the victim injured and rushed her to Broward Health Medical Center, where authorities confirmed that she remains in recovery as of Sunday evening…
