Florida Getting New Aldi With $650,000 Townhomes And A Chick-fil-A, Renderings Suggest

Depending on which part of Florida you live, you may already be aware that it’s becoming increasingly common to see new mixed-use developments go up with apartments, townhomes, and grocers to make shopping convenient for residents. As one example, $750,000 condos are being built (called Shoma Bay at North Bay Village) that will have a Publix. And now, a mixed-use development has been approved that will include an Aldi, Chick-fil-A, and $600,000 townhomes.
