‘That dog is getting ran over’: South Miami man accused of ramming ex’s friend, pet after threats

SOUTH MIAMI, Fla. – A South Miami man is behind bars after police say he sent a series of violent threats to his ex-girlfriend, then intentionally rammed her friend and the friend’s dog with his car earlier this month.

Felipe Paz-Jacomo, 18, surrendered to South Miami police Thursday evening following an investigation into a disturbing incident that left both a young man and a dog injured.

Jail records show he is facing two counts of written threats to kill or do bodily injury and one count each of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon…
