Chocolate MC, real name Yosvanis Sierra-Hernandez, was arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly kidnapping a fan in Miami who simply asked for a photo. What began as a casual fan interaction spiraled into an armed robbery and bizarre ransom situation, according to police reports.
Victim Says Photo Request Ended with Gunpoint Robbery
The incident occurred in the parking lot of Chavez Supermarket, where a male fan reportedly approached Chocolate MC for a picture. Instead of posing for the camera, the 34-year-old rapper allegedly pulled out a firearm, placed it on the victim’s chest, and demanded his car and money, according to NBC Miami.
When the fan said he didn’t have any cash, Chocolate MC gave him his phone number and demanded he send money through Zelle. However, the victim didn’t have access to the payment platform, making the situation even more strange.
Kidnapped and Driven Around for Hours
