Miami drivers saw a small increase in the average prices of a gallon of regular gas, but the price they pay is still 28.6 cents cheaper than this time last year.
Average gasoline prices in Miami rose 1.6 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.09 per gallon as of Sunday, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 1,690 stations in the Metropolitan area. Prices are now 11.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago but remain 28.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
