MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A 22-year-old Hialeah man was arrested Saturday night and charged with battery after allegedly striking an adult male victim multiple times in the head with a closed fist on Fiesta Key. Authorities reported no life-threatening injuries as a result of the incident.
Pedro Rafael Rosa Perez was taken into custody following the altercation.
