U.S. Army Reservist sworn in as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida

MIAMI — U.S. Army Reserve Lt. Col. Jason A. Reding Quiñones is officially the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

During a swearing-in ceremony on Wednesday in Miami, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi administered the oath of office.

In a statement, Reding Quiñones described himself as the son of a Cuban political refugee and a proud Miami native, and he pledged to “work tirelessly to protect the American people, restore impartial justice, and defend the rule of law without fear or favor.”…
