MONROE COUNTY, Fla. — A 42-year-old Miami man who identified himself as a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent during a traffic stop was arrested Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence and child endangerment, authorities confirmed Thursday.
Scott Thomas Deiseroth was taken into custody after a call to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office at around 3:25 p.m. reported a vehicle driving recklessly near Mile Marker 40 on U.S. 1 in the Florida Keys.
