An upstate New York couple has been charged with child abuse after “hot-boxing” a car with marijuana outside a popular Miami Beach hotel, knowing very well that a 2-year-old boy was trapped in the back seat.
36-year-old Phillip Fraisar from Hamlin, and 27-year-old Kasey Renee Buckmann of Rochester, were allegedly caught puffing with the windows rolled up and sipping on tequila while parked outside the Clevelander Hotel on Sunday night, according to Local 10.
According to reports, Fraisar’s 2-year-old son was in the back of the car as it filled with smoke, and that prompted passersby to call the authorities, who arrived to arrest the now-charged New York couple…
