Hialeah fugitive caught in Santa Rosa had been accused of abducting daughter after domestic violence

HIALEAH, Fla. — An 18-year-old domestic violence victim moved in with the Hialeah man who was accused of abducting their daughter when she was a teenage girl, according to police.

It was a tumultuous relationship that lasted more than three years, according to a Hialeah Police Department’s special victims unit detective’s request for an arrest warrant in August.
