La Fourchette, a Miami restaurant once spotlighted on Love & Hip Hop: Miami, has been forced to close its doors after state inspectors uncovered multiple health violations, including live and dead rodents inside its kitchen.
According to inspection records from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation obtained by Local 10 News, the restaurant was ordered to close on September 11 after 24 violations were documented.
