A convicted murderer who was accidentally freed from a Miami jail has been returned to custody after being discovered in Georgia.
James Daniels, who was convicted of kidnapping, torturing, and killing two men five years ago, was mistakenly released from the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami last week.
U.S. Marshals tracked Daniels down to Reynolds, Georgia, where he was discovered at the house of Timishea Price, a Reynolds City Council member. Price was arrested on felony charges of obstructing the arrest of a criminal and later released on a $5,000 bond. Her involvement is still under scrutiny…
