A man accused of molesting a teen boy in the bathroom of a Miami church said the “Devil made him do it,” authorities said.
Alvaro Moises Rios, 54, of Cutler Bay, was arrested early Wednesday on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child 12-16 years old and lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 16, records showed.
According to an arrest report, the alleged incident happened at St. Agatha Catholic Church on Southwest 107th Avenue back on Oct. 5.
The 13-year-old victim said he went to use the restroom before service began and while he was washing his hands, Rios, an acquaintance, entered the restroom and approached him, the report said…
