Miami-Dade deputies: 19-year-old man confesses to several robberies after armed carjacking in Opa-locka

OPA-LOCKA, Fla. — A 19-year-old man confessed to several robberies in Miami-Dade County after a carjacking in Opa-locka on Sunday, according to a Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputy’s report.

A victim told deputies he was cleaning his car Sunday morning at the Chevron gas station at 2200 NW 95 St. when two gunmen stole his wallet and his Ford, according to records.
