A concerned passerby in Pembroke Pines, Florida, spotted a neglected dog near a school and immediately took action.
The twelve-year-old dog, later named Clara, was in poor condition. She was emaciated, dehydrated, and covered in fleas and worms. Her eyes were swollen, and she was completely blind, struggling to walk due to an injury.
