MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A 64-year-old Miami-Dade County man was arrested Tuesday after deputies said he attacked another man with a hammer during a dispute over a parking space last month.
The incident occurred Dec. 20 in a parking lot along Southwest Eighth Avenue, according to deputies with the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office. The suspect was identified as Kimber Mathew Long, who investigators said is the victim’s landlord.
According to an arrest report, Long went to the victim’s home and got into an argument with him over a vehicle parked on the property. Deputies said Long armed himself with a hammer and attempted to damage the victim’s motorcycle…
