SOUTH MIAMI, Fla. — Authorities arrested a woman on grand theft auto and drug charges after they said she ordered a Lyft ride from a South Miami store and then took the driver’s car herself after distracting him.
Police said it all happened just after 8:45 p.m. Monday.
