Founded in Milan and now spanning 23 locations across Italy, the shop introduces a modern interpretation of Southern Italian food culture centered on quality, craftsmanship, and connection.
Rooted in the tradition of the neighborhood butcher shop, Mannarino offers a highly interactive experience where guests begin at the counter, selecting prime cuts of meat with guidance from expertly skilled butchers before enjoying them at home with family and friends or grilled and served at the table. The concept emphasizes quality, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of meats, including lighter cuts, carpaccio, and tartare.
