Hialeah jewelry store employee caught with $30K worth of stolen merchandise, police say

HIALEAH, Fla. — A west Miami-Dade man who worked at a Hialeah jewelry store has been charged with grand theft for allegedly stealing from his employer.

According to authorities, the victim reached out to Hialeah police on Wednesday after they said he received an anonymous call from an employee stating another employee had been stealing from his business.
