CORAL GABLES, Fla. — A 35-year-old man was arrested Thursday night on accusations that he got into a fight with another man at a popular bar in Coral Gables after making an anti-Cuban slur toward the victim.
According to an arrest report from the Coral Gables Police Department, the incident was reported shortly after 11 p.m. at Copper 29, located at 206 Miracle Mile.
Police said the victim claimed that the suspect, Anthony Steven Gonzalez, approached him in a “threatening manner” and said, “I know you from somewhere. All Cubans are the same p****.”…
