Zoo Miami to reopen following 3 days of bomb threats; Miami International Mall also targeted

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) – Zoo Miami will be reopening after it received bomb threats for three days in a row, prompting them to close their doors, and it wasn’t the only South Florida location that was targeted over the weekend.

7News cameras on Sunday captured a heavy police presence at the entrance of the zoo, which is located at 12400 SW 152nd St. in Southwest Miami-Dade.
