The Mediterranean-style estate at 4340 North Bay Road sits on roughly a third of an acre, with about 100 feet of bay frontage, a private dock and an infinity pool shimmering behind it. The deal is the latest in a steady run of trophy-home action along this coveted stretch of Miami Beach.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, the seller is chiropractor Amir Kermani, who apparently spends his off-hours behind the wheel of race cars. Listing photos credited to The Corcoran Group show off the home’s resort-style setup, which likely did not hurt the final sale price.
