Anna Kepner’s stepbrother faces arraignment in cruise ship homicide

The 16-year-old stepbrother of Anna Kepner is set to appear in federal court next week in Miami for his arraignment on formal charges in the death of his stepsister during a family cruise.

The teen, who is not being named by FLORIDA TODAY because of his age, will go before a magistrate judge at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, on charges of murder and aggravated sexual abuse in connection with the Nov. 6 death of the 18-year-old Titusville cheerleader aboard a Carnival cruise ship, court records show.
