(NewsNation) — A Miami man who lost his mother and grandmother in the 2021 Surfside condominium collapse said a new federal report on the disaster has brought back painful memories.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology this week released findings on the Champlain Towers South collapse, concluding structural failures began weeks before the building fell in June 2021, killing 98 people as they slept.
