South Florida brokers and developers have speculated that the World Cup would kick off a real-estate buying frenzy in Miami.
While the World Cup bump doesn’t seem to have been as dramatic as predicted, one big-name in soccer star dropped $8.7 million on a Miami-Dade condo last month, according to public records.
