A Colombian native who moved to the United States with big dreams and no blueprint, Milton has built her career around resilience, sacrifice, discipline, and an unwavering sense of purpose. Today, as the co owner and founder of Rose Cafe & Restaurant, she brings those qualities into every aspect of the business.
Her story began in 2020, when Milton launched Rose Cafe at the height of the COVID 19 pandemic. What started as a boutique cafe gradually evolved into something much larger.
