A man accused of shooting another man in the face outside a Goodwill in Miami Gardens has been arrested, police said.
Richard Nieves Jr., 38, is facing an attempted first-degree murder charge in the shooting that happened around 12:30 p.m. Thursday outside the Goodwill at 19300 Northwest 27th Avenue, an arrest report said.
