Seminole Tribe sued over alleged fall at Hard Rock Hollywood

A Broward greeter filed suit after a post-concert slip on the casino floor. The tribe’s claims handler has already rejected the claim.

US.- The Seminole Tribe of Florida has been sued over an alleged slip and fall on the casino floor at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Jeanne O’Grady of Broward County filed the complaint in the 17th Judicial Circuit. The case is Jeanne O’Grady v. Seminole Tribe of Florida d/b/a Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood, Case No. CACE-26-014731. Judge Keathan B. Frink is assigned.

O’Grady says she was working as a greeter at a Hard Rock Live concert in May 2025. The filing describes a mass exit through a corridor that runs past the sportsbook and onto the casino floor. O’Grady says she stepped in liquid, lost her footing and fell and was taken by ambulance to Memorial Regional Hospital…
