US.- The Seminole Tribe of Florida has been sued over an alleged slip and fall on the casino floor at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Jeanne O’Grady of Broward County filed the complaint in the 17th Judicial Circuit. The case is Jeanne O’Grady v. Seminole Tribe of Florida d/b/a Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino-Hollywood, Case No. CACE-26-014731. Judge Keathan B. Frink is assigned.
O’Grady says she was working as a greeter at a Hard Rock Live concert in May 2025. The filing describes a mass exit through a corridor that runs past the sportsbook and onto the casino floor.
