HIALEAH, Fla. — A front desk employee at a Hialeah apartment building called police after checking surveillance cameras and seeing a woman repeatedly strike a small dog, according to police.
Graphic video obtained by Local 10 News on Friday captures a pet owner repeatedly slapping a small dog inside an elevator.
The same woman is also seen walking toward the Metro Parc apartment building when the dog slips out of its collar. She then jumps onto the animal and picks it up by its hind legs, holding it upside down as the dog appears to be in pain and tries to free itself…
