MIAMI — A 36-year-old woman faced charges on Friday after a gunman shot her neighbor in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood.
Police officers arrested Monica Williams shortly before 1:20 p.m. on Thursday at Southwest Eighth Avenue and Fourth Street, according to a police report.
