According to Quality Assurance Magazine, Chinese food is the most Googled cuisine in the United States. And according to VOA, more Americans today indicate that they are interested in consuming foods with “bold” tastes, such as foods from Mexico and Asia.
In light of the above, it’s arguably a fair bet that many Floridians enjoy Asian food. Those Floridians may be interested in knowing that a celebrity chef is bringing his already successful Asian restaurant to Florida.
About Lucky Cat: This restaurant, run by multi-Michelin starred celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay (from Kitchen Nightmares and Master Chef,) is well-received in London’s Mayfair neighborhood. (There’s also a Manchester location.)
According to the restaurant’s website, it is inspired by “Tokyo’s 1930s kissas and Shanghai’s drinking dens.” Dishes are meant to be shared, and the menu features items such as tempuras, dumplings, and meats such as wagyu sirloin and short ribs, to name just a few examples.
Although some TripAdvisor reviewers felt the restaurant was pricey, most complimented the food.
