Victor Marshall Nash, a 52-year-old registered sex offender from Miami, was arrested on July 18th on two counts of voting as an unqualified elector. An investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) revealed that Nash falsely registered to vote in 2018 and subsequently cast illegal ballots in statewide and federal elections.
