FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Surveillance video shows a woman who told police officers she was holding a girl who had scrapes on her head after falling from a moving car in Miami-Dade County when a woman claiming to be the girl’s mother snatched her away and sped away on Thursday, according to police officers.
