Coral Springs Commissioners Join Prestigious Florida League of Cities Committees

The City of Coral Springs put forth news that two of its City Commissioners have stepped into the fray of Florida’s municipal politicking. Commissioner Nancy Metayer Bowen has earned a seat on the Utilities, Natural Resources, and Public Works Committee, while Commissioner Joy Carter is set to join the Development, Code Compliance, and Redevelopment Committee with the Florida League of Cities (FLC). Carter is slated to fulfill these duties through to the winter of 2024, aligning with the end of her commissioner tenure.
