Delray Beach Police trying to locate 32-year-old missing endangered woman
Delray Beach, Fl – The Delray Beach Police is trying to locate 32-year-old missing endangered Elise Ivy Bernstein.
Here are the details from the Delray Beach Police :
Elise Ivy Bernstein is 5’5” and 120 lbs with dark brown hair & blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black leggings under a black skirt, with a white tank top, black sandals, and carrying a blue backpack. Elise has a large flower tattoo on her right shoulder.
According to the Sheriff she is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. It is unknown if she has access to medication.
