MIAMI, FL – She was a mother, a protector, a TSA agent working long hours to provide for her children. Just last week, she proudly watched her 14-year-old daughter head off to prom. Now, Desiree Chanel Brown’s family is planning her funeral, and two children are fighting for their lives.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, on March 5, 2025, officers responded to a scene of devastation near Northeast 2nd Court and 141st Street. Desiree, 36, was found inside a vehicle with her 11-year-old daughter, Reagan, and her boyfriend’s 12-year-old son. All three had been shot multiple times.
Desiree and the children were rushed to a local hospital. She didn’t survive.…
