A blaze broke out Sunday on a boat with five people on board off Key Biscayne, officials say.
Around 10 a.m., the U.S. Coast Guard, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the fire, which occurred 8 miles from Key Biscayne. The boaters were rescued by a good Samaritan, according to the Coast Guard.
The boat’s operator used a radio on the boat to call in for help. The people on the boat were brought to shore and are “in good health,” the Coast Guard said…
