With locations in Miami and Blue Ridge, Georgia, Ferraro’s Kitchen Restaurant and Wine Bar offers “a Journey through the flavors of Italy” by way of Chef Igor Ferraro’s culinary imagination.
Now, the chef is branching out with a new seafood-focused project, Murano by Ferraro, opening at 601 N Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach.
Recent coverage by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel describes Murano by Ferraro as a “fine-dining restaurant, tastefully appointed with ornate chandeliers, wine racks, terrazzo tile and sumptuous cabernet walls.” Dishes from the menu include “sea scallop gratin, zucchini rolls with shrimps and polpo alla Adriatica.”…
