Man shot while holding baby in Broward. The shooter was caught, police say

A man was shot while holding a baby in a car seat at a Broward County apartment complex Thursday, police say. The alleged shooter was caught and told police he knew the victim.

Around 4 p.m., the unidentified man walked into an elevator on the fifth floor of an apartment building in the 7041 block of Environ Boulevard, police said. He was carrying his child in a car seat when Tasaini Da Shoniel Graham entered the elevator on the third floor.

When they reached the garage level, Graham moved ahead of the man, reached into a shoulder bag and pulled out a gun, police said…
