MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A Russian tourist pleaded guilty Friday to child abuse after surveillance video showed him kicking, dragging and slamming his 2-year-old daughter at a South Florida condo back in May.
Andrei Sevastianov, 37, appeared in court via Zoom with a Russian interpreter to accept the plea deal.
He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with credit for time served, and five years of probation. He is also prohibited from having any harmful contact with the child…
