CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — A 50-year-old woman was arrested earlier this week by the Coral Springs Police Department on accusations that she stole more than $40,000 from the Parent Teacher Organization of a Broward County school where she served as treasurer.
According to her arrest report, Rebecca Lynn Sanon, of Tamarac, stole a total of $44,072.51 during the time she served as treasurer for the PTO for Imagine Charter School at Broward between August 2020 and July/August 2024.
