EggBred, the fast casual breakfast and lunch spot that serves scratch-made sandwiches and more, is opening its first-ever South Florida location.
The restaurant will open at 8560 Stirling Road in Hollywood some time in June 2026, according to franchise owner, Corey Barden. Barden said he chose the 1,200 square foot space for its central location and suitability for the concept.
Barden, who has previous restaurant experience, said he gravitated toward EggBred for its commitment to quality. “What impressed me the most is that the menu is designed by chefs”.
