Postal worker arrested for pepper spraying dogs while delivering mail in Lauderhill: Cops

A U.S. Postal Service worker was arrested after he was caught on camera pepper spraying three dogs while he was delivering mail in Lauderhill, police said.

Sian Spence, 47, was arrested Wednesday on three counts of aggravated animal cruelty, Lauderhill Police officials said.

The alleged incident happened back on Jan. 2 near the 1600 block of Northwest 51st Avenue, where officers responded after receiving a report that three dogs had been sprayed with a chemical irritant, police said.
