HIALEAH, Fla. — Police say a Hialeah man ambushed his ex-girlfriend with a bat Thursday afternoon, striking her multiple times and taking her phone and purse, just days after their relationship ended.
Hialeah police identified the suspect in an arrest report as 35-year-old Alberto Turino Hernandez.
