Falcons star linebacker James Pearce Jr. was arrested in South Florida on Saturday evening, according to jail records.
Records show Pearce Jr. was taken into custody and is facing multiple charges related to a domestic violence incident and fleeing police.
According to records from the Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation, the charges include:
- Two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon
- Aggravated stalking
- Fleeing and eluding police
- Aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer
- Resisting an officer without violence to his person
