Ankle monitor links North Miami Beach man to repeat burglaries of neighbor, police say

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — A North Miami Beach man repeatedly burglarized a neighbor who lived a few houses down from him and his ankle monitor gave everything away, according to police. He now faces nearly 30 charges.

According to an arrest report, both the suspect, Kovelman Williams, and the victims live on Northeast Sixth Court, on opposite sides of 169th Street. Both victims had been away since December, attending to their second property in New York.
