A man driving without his headlights on in Miami Beach on Wednesday night ran over two pedestrians, killing them, and then ran off, police say.
Adan Negron-Morris, 42, is charged with vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash with deaths, Miami Beach Police Spokesman Christopher Bess said. As of Thursday evening, he remained in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
